An apartment had a kitchen drain backing up into the evening. I was very surprised how fast the service got back to me and scheduled a time that was right away. The Technician, Dajahn #87, was very professional looking and was very knowledgeable of what was going on with the drain. J Tech #14 took care of our clogged toilet in a professional and timely manner. Great to meet someone who does his work with pride. Thanks J!! Just wanted to add how grateful we are that J and Elijah went the distance yesterday to replace our old sewer line. It became quite a challenge because the old cast iron line was about a hundred years old! J held true to his word and didn't stop until the job was done, which went well into the early morning hours. I want to give 10 stars to Anthony (Tech 07) for an outstanding job! I had an urgent plumbing issue on Sunday and within 1 hour of reporting the problem Anthony was at my home. Extremely respectful of my home, very professional and thorough. Not only did he clear my lines, but he was determined to snake my entire piping to determine the "root" cause (**smiles**) and located roots growing inside of my pipes which was causing the blockage. I appreciate the extra effort he put in to ensure the clog was cleared completely.
