My property management office contacted Preferred Plumbing late Thursday afternoon, I received confirmation soon after that the Plumbing Technician would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00pm on Friday, the next day. I’ve used Preferred Plumbing a few times now, once for a clogged kitchen drain and once for water heater repair. Every time, their team has been courteous, efficient, and just very experienced. You can tell they care about their work.
An apartment had a kitchen drain backing up into the evening. I was very surprised how fast the service got back to me and scheduled a time that was right away.
