Solved an issue with our pipes. Excellent service from start to finish. They came out at around 430pm, and just left here at 5:25. The problem was fixed pretty quickly, they were reasonably priced and did a great job. I'd hire them again!!
My property management office contacted Preferred Plumbing late Thursday afternoon, I received confirmation soon after that the Plumbing Technician would arrive between 11:00am and 1:00pm on Friday, the next day. **Update** The VP of the company responded to this review which I appreciate, and ensured that someone reached out to connect with me about what happened. While it doesn't change my initial experience/review, I think it's only fair to include their follow-up. They took my word for what happened and made a genuine effort to figure out if they could help in any way and earn me back as a customer to make things right. I had a leaking pipe late at night, and Preferred Plumbing & Drain came out within the hour. It's Sunday now, but they came out yesterday evening (Saturday evening), which was a huge plus! The technician was professional, quick, and explained everything clearly. The price was fair for an emergency call. Highly recommend!
An apartment had a kitchen drain backing up into the evening. I was very surprised how fast the service got back to me and scheduled a time that was right away. The Technician, Dajahn #87, was very professional looking and was very knowledgeable of what was going on with the drain.
